Just been informed that Tom Gazzard has won the first 2 rounds of the Bemsee Rookie 600 championships. This means that, for two years in a row, Go Star Racing members have won the first two round of the Bemsee rookie 600 championships |

| 4 | February | Racer, Terry Oliphant, has been diagnosed with cancer. Terry Oliphant competed in the Bemsee Rookie 600 series and was second overall winning many Trophies. See HERE for more details Whilst we are uncomfortable making "news" out of Terry’s poor health, we would like him to know that he is in our heart and prayers. The Race Team are having an official pre-season meeting. All members that would like to help out and be a part of the race team are invited. See HERE for more details. Our annual Xmas party has been "provisionally" set for Saturday 18th December 2004 at the Palms Hotel. Al members and there family (kids too!!) are invited. | 23 | September | Tony Norman rode a bike for the first time since he lost his foot in a motorcycle accident on 20th September 2004 at the Amputee Trackday at Donington Park. Click HERE for more details. See his website for an update on his condition.  The club has managed to secure an oil sponsorship deal from Q8 (www.q8oils.co.uk) for one of its racers. We thank them for there support. We have already taken delivery of quite a bit of "the slippery stuff" to get us started.
 Complete Building Solution Ltd, our favourite building contractors, has confirmed that they will continue to help to club with hard currency for items like stickers and hopefully other free merchandise for 2005.
