There was a good turn out of members for the recent trackday
at Donington Park on Saturday 14th September. The club had people in all three
groups (novice, intermediate and fast) as well as friends and relatives who came
along to watch and help out.

The club had secured the use of two pit garages and as
usual food and soft drinks were provided (free of charge) to sustain people
throughout the day.
There were all sorts of bikes in use by club members including a couple of
GSXR600’s, a Ducati 748, VFR800, ZX9R, SV650, Fazer 600 and an R1 – not
forgetting the racers bikes which were also there and being used. |

The weather held out and we had a whole day without rain this helped
everyone in having a great time and I’m sure many of them will be already
looking forward to booking up for the next one !
I must take this opportunity to wish Neil Offler a speedy
recovery after his unfortunate ‘off’ on the day – I’m sure you will join me
in sending him our best. Get well soon Neil – see you at the next one I’m
sure (Neil
is fine at mo, bruised elbow -ed) |
